What are your studio hours?↓
Studio hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
What services do you offer?↓
We offer Studio Recording, Song Package, Complete Single Release, Content Essentials, and full production for Music Videos and Commercials/Brand work. Our CYC Wall infinity studio is coming soon — reach out if you'd like to be notified when it opens for booking. If you need a custom package, studio management can build one around your project.
How do deposits work?↓
Bookings require a 50% deposit of the pre-tax subtotal to reserve your session, with the remaining balance due on arrival. HST (13%) applies to all bookings.
What is the minimum booking?↓
Studio Recording sessions start at a minimum of 2 hours. Song Package, Complete Single Release, and Content Essentials are flat-rate packages — see the Book section for current pricing.
What is included in a booking?↓
Each package includes what's listed in its description in the Book section. Add-ons like additional crew support (director, cinematographer, hair and makeup, etc.) can be added to production bookings as needed.
What payment methods do you accept?↓
We accept Credit Card (via Stripe), PayPal, and E-Transfer. You choose your preferred method during checkout.
Can I bring my own crew?↓
Yes. You can book a production and bring your own crew, or add support such as a director, producer, cinematographer, gaffer, or hair and makeup through our crew add-ons.
How do I check availability?↓
Use the Book section on the website to choose your date and time during studio hours. If you need a custom schedule or package, studio management can help directly.
What formats do you deliver?↓
We deliver in all standard formats: ProRes, DNxHD, H.264, and more. Raw footage is available upon request.
How long does production take?↓
Timeline varies by project scope. Typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks from shoot to final delivery, with rush options available when schedule allows.
Do you offer color grading?↓
Yes. All projects include professional color grading and sound design. VFX and animation can be added separately.
Do you handle licensing and permits?↓
We manage necessary permits for location shoots. Clients remain responsible for music licensing unless otherwise arranged.
What's your revision policy?↓
We include 2 rounds of revisions in standard packages. Additional revisions are billed at $150/hour.
